Getting Started

What is Sable?

Sable is a managed execution platform. You describe what you need, our AI scopes the project, and a real developer builds it for you. Fast, fixed-price, production-ready.

Who is Sable for?

Founders and developers who built their MVP using AI tools like Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, or v0 and hit a wall when trying to make it production-ready — auth, payments, deployment, performance, and more.

How do I start a project?

Just type what you need on the home screen and hit send. Our AI will greet you, ask a few focused questions, and guide you through the rest.

Do I need to be technical to use Sable?

No. You just need to know what problem you're trying to solve. Our AI will ask the right questions to fill in the technical gaps.

What kind of projects does Sable handle?

Vibe-coded web apps only. We fix and extend web applications built with AI tools — broken auth, payment integrations, deployment issues, API bugs, database problems, and performance fixes. We don't handle mobile apps, desktop software, games, or any other type of software at this time.

What does 'production-ready' mean?

It means the code is secure, scalable, well-structured, and actually deployable — not just a prototype that works on your laptop.

Can I start multiple projects?

Yes. Each project is separate. You can start a new one anytime from the home button at the top right.

Is the AI the one building my project?

No. The AI handles intake and scoping only. A real human developer at Sable does the actual work.

Payments & Pricing

What is the $19 activation fee?

It's a one-time fee per project to filter serious work from casual browsing. It signals to our team that you're ready to move forward and triggers the developer assignment process.

Is the $19 refundable?

Yes — if you review the final price and timeline and decide not to proceed, we'll refund your $19 in full. No questions asked.

Who sets the final project price?

Our developer reviews the scoped requirements and sets the price. The AI never quotes a final price — that's always a human decision.

How is the final price determined?

Based on complexity, estimated hours, and the timeline you choose. You'll see a clear breakdown before you pay anything beyond the $19.

What currency are payments in?

Payments are processed in USD. If you're paying from India, Razorpay handles the conversion automatically.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay.

Do I pay $19 again for a new project?

Yes. The $19 activation fee applies per project. Each new project is a fresh scope and a fresh commitment.

Can I get a discount?

We don't offer discounts. Prices are set based on actual work required — not arbitrary numbers with room to negotiate.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes. After payment, reach out via chat and we'll generate a proper invoice under Camello Software Pvt Ltd.

What if I'm unhappy with the delivered work?

Reach out immediately via your project chat. Our developer will review and address legitimate issues. We don't offer refunds post-delivery, but we stand behind our work.

How It Works

What happens after I send my first message?

Our AI greets you, acknowledges what you're building, and starts asking focused questions to understand your problem. One question at a time — no long forms.

How many questions will the AI ask before presenting the activation card?

Usually 3 to 6 depending on how clearly your requirement is described. The more context you give upfront, the faster we move.

Can I change my requirement before paying the $19?

Yes, absolutely. Before activation you can refine, change, or clarify your requirement as much as you need.

Can I add more requirements after paying $19?

Only if they're within the same project scope. If it's a new unrelated requirement, you'll need to start a fresh project.

What happens after I pay $19?

The AI continues scoping your project in detail. Once requirements are clear, our developer reviews and sets the final price and timeline for you to approve.

What if I want to change requirements after paying the full amount?

Minor adjustments within scope — our developer will handle it. Major new requirements that go beyond the original scope need a new project.

How do I know when the developer is working on my project?

You'll receive updates in your project chat. The developer may reach out directly if they need clarification.

Can I pause my project midway?

Reach out via your project chat and we'll figure it out. We handle these case by case.

What if I want to add a second unrelated feature to my project?

That needs to be a separate project. Go to the home screen and start a new one.

Timelines & Delivery

How long does a typical project take?

Depends on complexity. Simple integrations can be done in 24–48 hours. More complex builds may take a week or more. You'll see the exact timeline before you commit.

Can I request a faster delivery?

Yes, faster timelines are available at a higher price. You'll see options when the developer presents the pricing.

What if the developer takes longer than promised?

We take timeline commitments seriously. If there's a delay, the developer will communicate it proactively in your project chat.

Can I request a specific deadline?

You can mention your preferred timeline during scoping. The developer will confirm if it's feasible when setting the price.

Do you work on weekends?

Our team operates Monday through Saturday. Critical issues are handled on a best-effort basis on Sundays.

Code & Delivery

How is the finished work delivered?

Via your project chat. You'll receive a repository link and any relevant files directly in the conversation.

Do I own the code?

Yes. Once full payment is made, the code is yours. No licensing fees, no lock-in.

Will I get the source code?

Yes, always. You get full access to everything that was built for you.

What stack will you build in?

We work with whatever stack your project needs or what you're already using. Tell us your tech stack during scoping and we'll match it.

Will you deploy it for me?

Deployment can be included in scope. Mention it during the intake conversation and it'll be factored into the price.

Can I request changes after delivery?

Minor fixes within the original scope — yes, the developer will address them. Larger changes or new features need a new project.

Account & Privacy

Is my project information kept confidential?

Yes. Sable will never share, sell, or disclose any project details, code, or business information you share with us to any third party.

What data do you store?

We store your account information, project chat history, and deliverables. Chat history helps us maintain context and improve our AI intake over time.

Is my chat history used to train AI?

Only to improve Sable's own intake process. Your data is never sold or shared with external parties.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Projects that are still in progress or have been paid for cannot be deleted until completed. Reach out via chat to request account deletion.

What if I accidentally share sensitive information like passwords or API keys in chat?

Change them immediately. Do not share credentials in chat — it's not a secure channel for secrets. We'll remind you if we spot this.

Who is behind Sable?

Sable is operated by Camello Software Pvt Ltd, based in India.

Troubleshooting

The AI doesn't understand what I'm asking. What do I do?

Try to be more specific. Instead of 'fix my app', say 'my login page throws a 401 error after OAuth redirect'. The more specific you are, the better.

I paid $19 but nothing happened. What do I do?

Refresh the page. If the issue persists, reach out via your project chat or email us at support@trysable.dev.

I want to talk to a real person, not the AI.

The AI handles initial scoping, but a real developer reviews every project. If you need direct human support, say so in chat and we'll step in.

My payment failed. What should I do?

Try again with a different payment method. If the issue continues, contact Razorpay support or email us at support@trysable.dev.

I think the developer built the wrong thing.

Reach out immediately in your project chat with specifics on what's different from what was scoped. We'll review the original requirements and make it right.
